Refunds and cancellations

Deposits and cancellations

• Your deposit reserves your sprint dates. Cancel before work starts and the deposit is refunded in full.
• Once work starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancel mid-sprint and you pay only for work completed to that point. Any balance for work not yet done is refunded.

Delivered work

• Once you approve a deliverable and it is delivered, it is non-refundable.
• 1–2 revisions are included in every sprint. Work beyond that is quoted separately before it starts.

Payment terms

• Deposit before work starts, balance on delivery.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• If something is wrong with a payment, contact us first so we can fix it before a chargeback.
