Terms

Last updated October 29, 2026. Studio rules, not a law-firm opinion.

What you are buying

Prices on this site are starting offers. The written scope we both accept, plus the invoice, is the job. The marketing page is not the contract. Sending a brief does not start work and does not hold a spot.

When work starts

A deposit reserves the sprint dates. Work starts after that deposit is paid and the scope is agreed in writing. The balance is due on delivery. Dates, including a November 5 delivery, also depend on the footage, logins, and copy the scope asks for. If those arrive late, the date moves by the same delay.

Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, footage, photos, and claims you send. You are responsible for the offer you make to your own customers, including prices, discounts, and whether that promotion is legal for your business. We do not invent results, and we do not present your footage as ours.

Approval

Nothing goes live until you approve it in writing. Approval means that piece is accepted. 1–2 revisions are included in every sprint. Work beyond that is quoted separately before it starts. Silence is not approval.

What you own

After the invoice is paid in full, you own the final pages, emails, and cuts made for you. Until then, we hold the files. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you say no in writing before kickoff. Our methods, templates, and tools stay ours.

No guaranteed results

We build what the scope names. We do not guarantee a ranking, a lead count, a view count, a viral outcome, or a revenue number.

Limit of responsibility

If something goes wrong on a paid job, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for lost profits, lost ads spend, or problems caused by a platform, a host, or materials you supplied.

Cancellations and refunds

Those rules are on the Refunds and cancellations page. They control if this page and that page ever disagree about money.

Where this applies

The studio is based in South Carolina and works with clients elsewhere. These rules use South Carolina law. Questions go through the project brief.
