What we collect

If you send a project brief, we collect the name, business, email, phone, website, industry, offer, and note you type into the form. We use that to reply about the work and to keep a record of the inquiry.

Where it goes

The public form is delivered by Netlify Forms to the studio. We do not sell the list, and asking for a quote does not put you on a newsletter. Do not put passwords, card numbers, or government IDs in the brief. Pay only on an invoice we send after we agree to the job.

Client files

Footage, logos, and copy you send are used only for your project. We do not pass them off as our own, and we do not publish them until you approve that piece.

How long we keep it

We keep the brief and project files for the job and for our business records. Send a new brief and ask us to delete or correct a brief we have not already turned into a paid project file. We will do that.
